Intern:
Concero is seeking a motivated and ambitious intern to join our team and support our staffing operations. As an intern at Concero, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of talent acquisition, technology, accounting & finance, sales, and marketing & communications, all while contributing to our mission of connecting top talent with exceptional organizations. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database. Help build a talent pipeline by identifying potential candidates that align with client requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and assist with initial candidate evaluations. Document relevant information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Interview Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare interview materials, including resumes, job descriptions, and interview guides. Gather feedback from interviews and update candidate profiles accordingly.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruiting team, including data entry, organizing files and documents, preparing reports, and managing email correspondence.
- Research and Market Analysis: Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client requirements. Compile findings into reports and presentations to support business development initiatives.
- Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Optimize job postings to increase visibility and engagement.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and providing a positive candidate experience. Respond to candidate inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruiting team, account managers, and other interns to support company-wide initiatives. Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
