What I do at Concero:
- As CEO and President of Concero, I lead the firm’s vision, strategy, and growth across key markets including St. Louis and Dallas. I’m responsible for setting the direction of the business, building high-performing teams, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients and consultants.
I work closely with enterprise clients to understand their evolving technology needs and align them with top-tier talent solutions ranging from specialized IT staffing to executive search. Internally, I focus on developing leaders, driving a performance-based culture, and continuously improving how we deliver speed, quality, and long-term partnership.
At my core, my role is simple: build a company that people want to work for and clients trust to solve meaningful business problems.
Outside of work, I…
- Spend my time with my wife and three boys, most often around sports and competition. As a former athlete, I still enjoy competing, whether that’s on the golf course or out on the water. I enjoy boating, traveling, and any chance to be outdoors.
