Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Solutions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing the value of healthcare solutions, performing financial analysis, and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making. You will work across various systems, conduct market research, write financial proformas and proposals, and analyze the overall worth of healthcare solutions. A strong background in analysis and healthcare knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery and Value Quantification:
    Conduct in-depth discovery of healthcare solutions, assessing their potential value and quantifying benefits across different scenarios, including financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.

  • Financial Analysis:
    Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis to assess the cost-effectiveness and potential return on investment (ROI) of healthcare products or solutions. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial performance metrics.

  • Solution Analysis:
    Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and worth of healthcare solutions by comparing them against market standards and industry benchmarks. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product and service value.

  • System Integration:
    Work with various healthcare information systems (EHR, EMR, etc.) to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support financial and operational analysis. Ensure seamless data flow across systems and collaborate with IT departments as needed.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Identify emerging opportunities, market shifts, and innovations within the healthcare sector.

  • Proforma and Proposal Writing:
    Prepare and write proformas and proposals that articulate the value proposition of healthcare solutions to clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Ensure that financial projections and strategic benefits are clearly communicated.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, finance, marketing, and product management, to ensure that analysis and recommendations are aligned with overall business goals and client needs.

  • Reporting and Presentations:
    Present findings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and external clients. Provide clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare analytics, or business analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working with healthcare systems and data (e.g., EHR/EMR systems, financial management systems).
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent market research skills, with the ability to translate research into actionable insights.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with experience preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
