Senior IT Manager – ERP
Focus: The Sr. IT Manager – ERP role is responsible for managing the SAP solution, as well as tightly integrated enterprise applications for our business, responsibility includes design, configuration, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and hands-on support.
Sr. IT Manager – ERP Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with functional leads, analysts, and process owners to manage, nurture, and maintain continuous improvement projects and initiatives; Provide technical expertise to IT project teams for project-related developments.
- Work with IT Leadership to assess and establish enterprise technical solution architecture for key initiatives and investments.
- Supports business continuity by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design and development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows).
- Work with project teams and technical resources to continually demonstrate solid understanding of the functionality and test data that will be required to build/unit test/assembly test/system test.
- Ensure adherence to development standards as well as creating supporting documentation per documentation standards.
- Provide leadership and team management regarding designing, developing, testing, performance tuning in SAP and tightly integrated applications.
- Lead and establish improved standards for review of functional specifications, technical specifications and code reviews.
- Coordinate development tasks given to development team members; Drive team to meet deadlines with quality development.
Sr. IT Manager – ERP Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of related IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 years people leadership experience.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems required; SAP preferred.
- Experience with ERP solution architecture and leading technical teams across multiple skillsets and solution paths.
- Experience with SAP Commerce, Sales Force CRM, and Blue Yonder Workforce Management Solutions (WMS) preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical skills; Ability to navigate the technical landscape and end-to-end processes and make corresponding recommendations/adjustments.
