This role would report to the Sr. Product Manager of Operations Products.
The Inventory Replenishment Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Royal Canin US organization Agile Pallet Deployment (APD) Solution that is used by Royal Canin Supply Chain/VCO (Value Chain Operations). This administrator will be responsible to maintain and making the necessary changes to the APD solution (non-development) as it supports the needs of the Supply Chain/VCO teams. This admin will partner with the Supply Chain Regional Functional Experts (RFE) and other Administrators to ensure continuity between connected solutions. This will be done in the GloviaOM package which also supports Royal Canin’s Order Management Solution.

• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Recommend high-value adaptations of Salesforce with close collaboration to GloviaOM and iTrack capabilities functionality as a result of self-directed and hands on training
• Acquire and interpret business requirements, creates a functional specification, provide accurate estimates, and meet deadlines on deliverables.
• Work closely with business leadership, business analysts, developers, architects, and other key stakeholders in the design, configuration & build of the SFDC instance of APD.
• Mitigate significant risks associated with projects, which have a high technical complexity and/or involve significant challenges to the business.
• Configure and support APD based on input from key business stakeholders.
• Supporting and troubleshooting integration incidents
• Supporting PAE Supply Planning Master data (Demand Forecast and Warehouse Network – Transit Time) failures
• Monitoring Pallet assignment errors and exceptions and advising business for corrective steps
• Republishing failed platform events and working with iTrack (WMS) team during any system breakdown
• Health Check monitoring for batch jobs and Platform Events publishing
• Daily incident support & troubleshooting
• Support for QA and system integrated testing for any major go-lives
• Other duties as assigned
Context and Scope
• 3+ years’ Salesforce.com or similar administrative experience
• Four-year degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
• Supply Chain and Manufacturing knowledge is preferred
• Experience deploying advanced Service Cloud functionality, including but not limited to: Cases, service console, knowledge, customer communities, and more.
• Aptitude for solving business processes and problems by using core Salesforce.com functionality, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, profiles, sandboxes, and AppExchange applications
• Ability to provide after-hours support as needed
• Experience in taking customer service type calls/comfortable on the phone
• Good verbal and written communication skills
