Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance System Administrator to oversee the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of our OneStream XF platform. This role will serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact for OneStream, working closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure the platform supports corporate performance management (CPM), including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
System Ownership & Administration

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary administrator for the OneStream and Sage platforms.
  • Manage user access and security roles.
  • Manage and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, cube structures, and master load templates.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to integrations, workflows, and user access.
  • Coordinate with support and third-party consultants as needed for system upgrades, patching, and issue resolution, while following IT governance.

Development & Enhancements

  • Design, develop, and enhance forms, reports, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Stay current on new features, tools, and functionalities.

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in internal/external audit reviews and maintain evidence of system controls.

Upgrades & Change Management

  • Oversee the upgrade process, including planning, testing, stakeholder communication, and post-upgrade validation.

Training & Best Practices

  • Conduct user training, develop documentation, and promote best practices across the user community.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and deploy governance/policy changes across multiple tools as needed.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering OneStream XF, preferably in a dedicated capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with data integrations (e.g., SQL, flat files, APIs, ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
  • Proficient in creating dashboards, reports, and cube views within OneStream.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OneStream certification(s) or formal training.
  • Experience in a multinational or multi-entity corporate environment.
  • Experience developing or modifying business rules using VB.NET or related scripting languages.
