Concero, LLC is experiencing tremendous growth due to the commitment of our outstanding people and client base. Concero is actively looking for a dynamic Support Specialist who will bring a high energy level, a unique style, and personal touch to the way they conduct business.
As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Concero’s clients and employees with back-office support. This position is based in Chesterfield, MO office.
Concero values excellent verbal and written communication skills that relate to our clients, candidates, and across all levels of our internal organization.
Responsibilities of the Support Specialist Include:
- Invoice Customers
- Set up new customers in QuickBooks & Bullhorn
- Collect all New Customer information – contract, billing information
- Process Payroll
- Collect Timecards and Approvals
- Onboarding of new employees
- HR Generalist activities
- Produce Weekly Reports
- Maintain office with supplies
- Working with office vendors
- Clean/stock/straighten up the café area daily
- Shop for café
- Run errands when needed
