• As a recruiter for Concero, I am responsible for recruiting across various fields, including IT, accounting & finance, logistics, and customer service. My primary goal is to fulfill our clients’ staffing needs efficiently. Furthermore, I prioritize being an empathetic communicator and attentive listener to candidates, ensuring that I connect them with opportunities that align closely with their skillset and background. I strive to exceed expectations by providing the best possible candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• I also specialize in software engineering recruitment and have a proven track record of achieving high levels of satisfaction from both candidates and clients. I have successfully maintained a candidate retention rate of over 90%, showcasing my ability to match candidates with positions that truly suit them.

Outside of work, I…

• Sing and play the piano, ukulele, and guitar. I also enjoy cooking, exploring good local restaurants, and discovering hidden jams.
