• Candidate experience, quality assurance, and internal workflow processes are at the top of the list for my day-to-day duties. I also have the opportunity to support our recruiting team by providing ongoing training, onboarding new employees, research and development, as well as recruiting. I get the most enjoyment out of collaborating with our team on new ideas and helping candidates land new opportunities!
