Ben is motivated by the idea that he can make a positive impact on people’s lives. He demands hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence from the Concero team, their consultants, and their job candidates. His proudest moments are when clients describe Concero as a true partner.

 

Ben deeply understands the dynamics of connecting businesses and IT professionals. He has worked in the IT field for more than ten years and continues to develop internal recruiters, while also connecting Concero with new and exciting clients. His leadership has earned him recognition as a Titan 100 inductee.

 

Ben has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Missouri State University, where he played Division 1 basketball. He was elected to the Missouri State University Hall of Fame in 2017. Now, he continues to support the Missouri State Athletics Department as a Bears Fund member.

 

When he isn’t working, you might find Ben playing golf or hanging out at the lake.
