We are seeking to hire a motivated, driven individual to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring every client interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and care. This is a full- time position on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages clients’ daily needs, requests, and questions.
- Communicates with Schwab and Fidelity for client matters and creates paperwork for client needs.
- Prepares new client Wealth Management Agreements and supplements.
- Prepares for client meetings by analyzing information from prior meetings, updating client profiles, helping to determine agenda items, and creating meeting documents.
- Assists with client communications and requests via phone calls, emails, mailings, inperson meetings, etc.
- Discusses and organizes the follow-up tasks after client meetings.
- Assists with onboarding new clients through creating agendas/follow-up items.
- Populates and maintains accurate client data in the CRM and other reporting systems.
- Maintains an organized and complete client online file (paper and/or electronic).
- Electronically has cash sent to clients as requested.
- Fosters an environment of open, honest, and timely communications.
- Completes other duties as necessary to ensure a strong team environment and incredible client service.
- Ensures our values are incorporated into the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced computer skills, including deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe PDFs, internet search, and research capabilities.
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience interacting with clients is a plus.
- Experience with Schwab and Fidelity is a plus.
- Experience with financial services back-office systems software is a plus.
- Experience with AI (especially Microsoft Copilot) is a plus.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and client service skills.
