With at least 2 years of experience in supporting technologies that power continuous integration and delivery, you are ready to take on the challenge of streamlining deployment processes and enhancing operational capabilities for our Dallas-based clients. Your expertise in infrastructure engineering, coupled with a profound understanding of the software development lifecycle, makes you the ideal candidate to sign up with Concero.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Designing, developing, and modifying the technological frameworks that our clients rely on.
- Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding teams with your knowledge in multiple technology areas.
- Leading the charge in implementing new solutions and recommending improvements to existing architectures.
- Collaborating with other engineers to refine development and deployment strategies, ensuring high-quality integration and adherence to best practices.
- Mentoring junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
- Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with high standards and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A solid foundation in CI/CD orchestration, source code management, and binary management.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure engineering, including both Linux and Windows environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an unwavering commitment to security.
- Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
