Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions across our two Salesforce environments (U.S. and International). This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working in highly customized orgs, building robust integrations, and solving complex business challenges through modern platform capabilities.
You will play a critical role in evolving our Salesforce platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences while supporting global business operations in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable backend logic, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, flow automations, validation rules, and other declarative solutions to support business processes.
• Architect and implement integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with administrators and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices.
• Manage and maintain object relationships, page layouts, and record types to align with complex business models.
• Oversee data quality through imports, deduplication, and validation, ensuring reliable reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with integration and development teams to support system integrations, AppExchange apps, and automation updates.
• Enforce and maintain code quality, security standards, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with external vendors to design integration solutions that align with business needs while ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge sharing across team.

Qualifications
Required:
• Salesforce Developer 1 certification.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency with Flow Builder and record-triggered automation, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to support and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, relationships, and security model.
Preferred:
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern web development concepts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
