What I do…

• As a Support Specialist at Concero Technology Group, I help clients and consultants navigate their technology and business needs while delivering a high level of service and support. I work within the financial administration and business operations, acting as a central point of coordination between clients, and internal teams. This includes invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and completing documentation. From the onboarding process to actively managing client accounts, I ensure that the overall client experience is seamless.

Education & Professional Background:

• My professional education has been built through more than six years of hands-on experience in financial services, tax consulting, accounting, and business operations. Through management positions across multiple organizations, I have developed expertise in business development, financial analysis, client relationship management, compliance, and operational management. I look to continue to expand my industry knowledge through ongoing professional development and specialized training.

Outside of work I…

• Can usually be found planning my next trip, spending time with loved ones (including my rottweiler), or exploring somewhere with a great view and fresh air.

• I can speak multiple languages, including fluent Russian, and have working knowledge of several others. I also lived in Tampa, FL for the last 10 years!
