Concero contractors have the opportunity to choose their own benefits package. We offer health insurance, paid time off, and 401k options.
How competitive are the wages/salaries through Concero?
Concero offers the most competitive wages available for the job seeker.
Can temporary work lead to a permanent position?
Yes, any of our contractors or temporary employees could convert to permanent employee status if the end client and the job seeker agree that it is the best path forward.
What is the typical length of a temporary assignment?
We have temporary or contract job opportunities that range from a couple of weeks to multiple years.
What should I expect during the interview/application process with Concero?
During the interview process, the job seeker can expect multiple touch points from their recruiter. These touch points include resume review, interview preparation, interview walk ins to make the introduction to the hiring manager and team, interview debriefs, feedback from the client, offer review, and first day walk in.
Do you offer resume help, interview preparation, or other career support services?
Resume help and interview preparation are standard services for all the job seekers we work with.
What industries or types of jobs do you specialize in?
