The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning Systems will serve as a global functional leader responsible for driving business transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled process improvements across our Supply Chain Planning capabilities. This highly visible, customer-facing role requires strong executive communication and presentation skills, the ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making, and practical expertise in lean methodologies and structured project delivery. The role partners closely with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities, lead transformational initiatives, and deliver scalable SAP planning solutions that improve service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will combine deep supply chain process knowledge with strong project management discipline, workshop facilitation skills, and Lean continuous improvement capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes globally.

Supply Chain Planning & SAP Solution Leadership
Serve as the primary functional consultant for Supply Chain Planning processes, including supply planning, MRP, capacity planning, inventory planning, and production planning optimization.
Partner with Global Supply Chain teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement SAP-based solutions that improve service levels, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
Configure, test, and deploy SAP Supply Chain Planning functionality in alignment with global template and operational standards.
Provide expertise and recommendations regarding planning best practices, SAP roadmap developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data, and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Executive Communication & Presentation Leadership
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, status updates, and recommendations for senior leadership and steering committees.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, leadership meetings, design sessions, and decision-making forums across global business teams.
Present complex business and technical concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner tailored to executive, operational, and technical audiences.

Lean & Continuous Improvement Leadership
Use Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, process mapping, and structured problem-solving techniques to drive measurable business improvements.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track planning process effectiveness, operational performance, and improvement outcomes.
Challenge existing processes and organizational practices to identify and implement best-in-class supply chain planning capabilities.
Project & Program Management
Lead medium-to-large-scale projects and workstreams from initiation through deployment using structured project management methodologies.
Develop project plans and manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and value realization.
Support project governance, steering committee updates, change management activities, and business case development.
Coordinate system testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.
Operational Support & Relationship Management
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of planning-related production issues.
Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors supporting planning applications.
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring to business users and junior team members.
Develop business process flows, solution designs, test scripts, training materials, and implementation documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, business transformation initiatives, or system implementations in a global environment.
Deep functional expertise in supply planning and end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, production planning, procurement, and logistics.
Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management capabilities including one or more of SAP PP, SAP MRP, SAP IBP, SAP APO, or S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning.
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional steering committees.
Demonstrated experience using Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
Experience developing executive presentations, project updates, business cases, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills across business and technology organizations.
Proven ability to optimize planning processes and challenge existing business practices to drive business value.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and functional specifications.
Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, process mapping, value stream analysis, and solution design workshops.
